Taco Menu (3 Tacos, 4” Corn Tortilla):
Big Wave Taco
Teriyaki marinated chicken thigh/leg meat that is topped with grilled pineapple and jack cheese. Placed in a corn tortilla and topped with a balsamic reduction.
Pollo Asado Taco
Grilled chicken thigh/leg meat that is topped with cilantro, diced white onion, and fresh guacamole.
Placed in a corn tortilla and topped with roasted tomato and tomatillo salsa and a squeeze of lime.
Barbacoa Taco
Braised short rib that has been shredded and then topped with cilantro and diced white onion. Placed in a corn tortilla and topped with pickled red onions and creamy avocado salsa.
Carnitas Taco
Braised pork shoulder that has been shredded and topped with cilantro and diced white onion. Placed in a corn tortilla and topped with pickled red onions and creamy avocado salsa.
Cochinita Pibil
Pork shoulder marinated in achiote paste, annato seeds, and several other spices mixed with a citrus juice blend. Topped with salsa before it is wrapped in banana leaves and slow roasted. Placed in a corn tortilla and topped with pickled red onion and jalapenos.
Oyster Mushroom & Epazote
Cetas and white mushrooms sautéed with diced onion, garlic, chiles, epazote, and queso fresco. Placed in a corn tortilla and topped with roasted tomato & tomatillo salsa with grated cotija cheese.

White rice sautéed with tomato, cumin, onion, garlic, and ground chili peppers. Black turtle beans simmered with onion, celery, carrot, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, ground chili peppers, and kosher salt. Pureed with chicken stock until smooth and topped with cilantro.
